beneficiary: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Duration: 2013 Budget: 1.250.000 euro 98% of the victims of climatic disasters live in the developing countries. These countries depend on agriculture and natural resources for their income, which makes them extremely vulnerable in the face of climate change.
