Project: Contribution to  Eurasia Competitiveness Programme Beneficiary: OECD Start : January 2016   The OECD Eurasia competitiveness programme consists of two initiatives: 1) the Initiative for Eastern Europe and the Southern Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and 2) the Initiative for Central Asia (Afghanistan, Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan). The aim of the program is to develop and implement policies that promote competitiveness in these countries.

Project: Study of recent trends in decentralised cooperation. Beneficiary: OECD Amount: € 20.000  Duration: 2017  By executing the "review of recent trends in decentralised cooperation: Mapping and analysing financial flows, actors and mechanisms in EU countries” OECD wishes to map the role in development cooperation of decentralised governments in Europe.   In addition to a quantitative analysis of ODA / DAC figures from regional and local governments in Europe, five case studies are also being prepared.

Project: Stimulating energy companies to more efficiency in Ukraïne - Eurasia competitiviness Programme Beneficiary: OECD  Amount: € 60.000 Duur: 2017 The OECD Eurasia competitiveness programme consists of two initiatives: 1) the Initiative for Eastern Europe and the Southern Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and 2) the Initiative for Central Asia (Afghanistan, Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan). The aim of the program is to develop and implement policies that promote competitiveness in these countries. Read more. 

Project: Supporting Decentralisation in Ukraine - Eurasia competitiveness programme  beneficiary: OECD Amount: € 56.000 Duration: 2016  The OECD Eurasia competitiveness programme consists of two initiatives: 1) the Initiative for Eastern Europe and the Southern Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and 2) the Initiative for Central Asia (Afghanistan, Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan). The aim of the program is to develop and implement policies that promote competitiveness in these countries. Project: Operating grant Beneficiary: EGTC* of West-Flanders/Flandre-Dunkirk- Côte d’Opale  Budget: 30.000 euro Duration: 2018 The Flandre-Dunkirk- Côte d’Opale region and West-Flanders share the same geographically unique features and have also been culturally linked with each throughout the course of history. The EGTC* of West-Flanders/Flandre-Dunkirk- Côte d’Opale is strengthening the ties between the regions on both sides of the French-Belgian border. Project: Organising missions in Romania en Albania and aSummer school in Georgia Beneficiary: European Academy of the Regions (EAR) Duration: 2018 Budget: 3.000 euro The European Academy of the Regions (EAR) is an international non-profit and non-political association, founded in 2014 in Brussels, Belgium.

Project: Action plan 2018 Beneficiary: Flemings in the World (VIW) Budget: 264.000 euro Duration: 2018 The foundation Flemings in the World (VIW) is an interest group set up for fellow countrymen who want to live or already live, work or stay abroad. VIW keeps in contact with thousands of expatriated Flemings through its worldwide and active network. The foundation offers its users a personal service and functions as their mouthpiece. Its existence is based on the philosophy which states that a community has a responsibility towards the members who have exceeded national borders.

Project: Action plan 2019 Beneficiary: Flemings in the World (VIW) Budget: 264.000 euros Duration: 2019 - 2020 Flemish people in the World Foundation (VIW) assists Flemish emigrants and expats whether they have international aspirations, or are already abroad.

Project: Operating grant 2018 Beneficiary: Eurometropolis Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai Budget: 90.387,28 euro Duration: 2018 The Eurometropolis Lille - Kortrijk – Tournai is a European Territorial Cooperation Group and brings together all French and Belgian government levels via 14 institutions, working together to erase the "border effect" and make day-to-day life easier for its 2.1 million inhabitants. EUROMETROPOLIS is a hub for all cross-border information, activities and services, supporting their exploitation and development and sometimes even adapting them.
