Air transport agreement between the US, the EU, Iceland and Norway and the additional agreement between Norway, Iceland and the EU on the application of the agreement regarding air transport
Summary: Norway and Iceland formally requested the accession to the EU-US Air Transport Agreement in 2007. These Agreements will ensure a consistent regulatory framework for flights between the US and the single aviation market in the EU – including Iceland and Norway.

Summary: This Protocol aims at amending the 2007 EU-US Air Transport Agreement, in particular: - launching a process towards additional foreign investment opportunities in the airline industry, - further opening market access, including further access by EU airlines to US Government-financed air transportation, and - further strengthening the regulatory cooperation in all fields of aviation policy, particularly on addressing the environmental impact of aviation.
